Hi! My name's Cassie, and, well, this is my LJ. It's been forever since I've actually used LJ because of MySpace, but I've been missing it and I'm back to stay.
Pictured above is me and the most wonderful man in the world, my husband, Josh. We were married December 21, 2007. It's been a very trying few months for everyone in my family, and I don't know how I ever would have made it through without him by my side. I love you, baby!
The day after we were married, my dad had a heart attack. Dad had had a stroke 10 years ago, and that only complicated things. After a triple bypass and 50 days in the hospital, most spent in intensive care, dad lived another 3 months and passed away on Sunday, March 30, 2008, at the age of 75. It's still very hard accepting that he's gone, but by the grace of God, we're surviving.
